Sample reports

On this page you'll find samples of reports created with BizInt Smart Charts for Patents:

 Sample 1: Single database chart with complete abstract in cell.

 Sample 2: Single database charts created over 2 years using the same search criteria, combined into one chart. Sorted by descending patent number, it contains examples of color coding by update status.

 Sample 3: Individual charts from 3 patent databases (highlighted column) are combined into one chart. Records are sorted using the Common Patent Family feature (highlighted column) to match related records with common values in the patent family column. Row shading alternates with sort value.

 Sample 4: Same as Sample 3, but exported to Microsoft Word document using HTML format. Also includes links to original record on publisher's website for some records, and links for patent numbers in patent family column to full text databases, such as Delphion, Micropatent, esp@cenet, etc.

 Sample 5: Combined patent report from DWPI, PatBase, MicroPatent and TotalPatent, exported using HTML format (will open in Acrobat Reader). Includes links to records in charts, links to original record on publisher's website for some records, and links for patent numbers in patent family column to full text databases (Delphion, esp@cenet, USPTO)
