Creating reports from Pharmaprojects (Web and CD)

  1. Do your search and display results.
  2. Create or Select a report including ALL COLUMNS (see below)
  3. Export the report as HTML.

Creating a Pharmaprojects report template including ALL COLUMNS

When you perform your search on the Pharmaprojects CD or web platform, and click the Results button to display the records, a default report template is used. This report displays only a few columns from the drug profile. The Export function will export only those columns that are visible. To export a full profile, you will need to create a new report that contains all the columns.

  1. In the Results display, click on the New button at the top.
  2. A new window will open with a tree listing of the column categories. Click on the + sign to display the list of columns within each category.
  3. Select a column and click on the Add button to add it to the listing in the bottom window.
  4. Repeat for each column until they have all been added to the report template. The order does not matter for importation into BizInt Smart Charts.
  5. Type a name for this report template in the Report Name box near the top. A helpful name might be All Columns or BizInt Report.
  6. Click on the Save button on top to open the Save Report dialog. Click on the Save button in the dialog.
  7. Click on the Display button to display your search results in the new template. Continue with the export.

The next time you display the results of a search you want to export to BizInt, click on the Open button at the top to get a list of reports and select this report.

If you need to leave Pharmaprojects before you finish creating the template, simply Save what you have done. The next time you are in the view results window, select Edit to open a report list and select this report to finish adding columns. Save the finished report again.
