Creating reports from Dialog

Key issues:

When displaying records, you must use the TAG option to the TYPE command (example: type s1/9/all tag) It is not sufficient to use a tagged format such as format 4. Records displayed using the TAG option are the only format which can be recognized by BizInt Smart Charts products.

BizInt Smart Charts supports Dialog transcripts created using the following tools:

• Not supported: DialogWeb

Images are supported from the following databases/tools:

• Pharmaprojects: only from RTF transcripts created using Dialog Link 3.0.
